Moving in

Three simple steps to Freckleton Lodge

1. Talk to us

Call or message us about your relative’s needs. We will explain the care, the fees and the rooms available.

2. Come and visit

See the home, meet the team and have a cup of tea in the lounge. We will show you around and answer your questions.

3. Settling in

We visit your relative at home or in hospital, plan their care with them and with you before they arrive, and help them make their room their own.

Questions families ask

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an appointment to look around?

We recommend calling us on 01772 632707 first, so that we can show you around and make time to answer your questions.

How is my relative’s care planned?

Before anyone moves in, we visit them at home or in hospital to understand their needs, routines and what matters to them. That becomes a care plan written with them and their family, and reviewed as their needs change.

Can my relative bring their own furniture?

Yes. Residents are welcome to bring furniture, pictures and ornaments so that their room feels familiar from the first day.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is a dedicated car park for visitors.
