Bloem Care Ltd is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

We only collect personal information that you choose to give us, for example when you:

• send an enquiry using our contact form (your name, email address, phone number, who the care is for and your message)
• register your interest in working with us (your name, email address, phone number and the details you share about yourself)
• call or email us

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to arrange visits, to discuss care, or to consider you for a role at the home. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and careers details only for as long as we need them for the purpose you gave them to us, and to meet our legal obligations. We then delete them securely.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are stored securely on our website and sent to the home by email. Our website hosting provider stores this information on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

Cookies and third-party content

This website uses the cookies it needs to work. Some pages show content from other websites, including our rating widget from the Care Quality Commission and a map from Google. Those websites may set their own cookies or collect information about your visit, under their own privacy policies.

Your rights
